Orders placed and accepted on this website are deemed to be in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
These "Terms and Conditions" do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any contracts shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity with English law.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered: BBuyer is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail. Please note that this e-mail is acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
You undertake that: All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site are correct, and the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own card or your company's card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us.
We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
Delivery
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom.
Bbuyer shall use reasonable endeavour to dispatch goods the next day for orders placed before 18:00 hrs (6 pm). Bbuyer does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by delivery companies or manufacturer lead times. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the customer and advise of the delay.
The applicable standard delivery charge is shown on the checkout basket page. You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer's nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.
If the Customer is not available to accept delivery a card will be left at the delivery address by the courier inviting the Customer to arrange re-delivery within 7 days of the original delivery date. If the courier is not contacted by the Customer within 7 days the item will be returned back to our depot and a full credit for the goods (excluding the carriage charge) will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:

- phoning us on 020 7093 1828 please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand
- by writing to us at Bbuyer, 11 Indescon Court, Millharbour, London E14 9TN
If the goods are damaged or faulty (through no act or omission by you or on your behalf) we will replace them and bear all additional carriage costs. On receipt of the returned product, if following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility. Please note that if you have, in the meantime, required us to provide you with a replacement product before completion of the testing process, you will have to pay for this product also.
If the goods you wish to return are not damaged or faulty, the returned product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or box? in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories in a re-saleable condition.
You will receive a full refund minus the cost of carriage which you must arrange.
You must prior to returning any goods received obtain a Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA) by calling Customer services on 020 7093 1828. Failure to do so will result in your refund taking up to 28 days to process or the product being returned to you. The RMA must be clearly shown on each parcel returned, and must be in the original manufacturer's packaging (which shall not be defaced) complete with accessories, manuals and documentation.
Bbuyer cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit from you to Bbuyer. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to a UK mainland address carry a specified manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure.
This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Prices
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus the applicable delivery charge and VAT applicable. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, as soon as just if we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
Bbuyer reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
Payment
We accept payment by [PLEASE INSERT ALL PAYMENT METHODS HERE]. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for dispatch.
