DELIVERYWhich delivery companies do you use?We use Parceline to deliver goods to UK destinations Can you deliver to my work address?Yes we can - simply enter the details of your work address as the shipping address when you order. I am unable to select next day delivery optionTo receive your order the next day you must place the order before 6pm and have a delivery address in the UK. I am not available to receive deliveryIf you are not available, for whatever reason, to receive your order, a card will be left at the delivery address by the courier asking you to arrange re-delivery at your convenience. If you do not contact the courier within 7 days the item will be returned to our depot and a full credit for the goods (excluding the carriage charge) will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. How do I return goods?To return goods please complete a returns form for your order which can be found by logging into the Members area. If you have a query you can contact our Returns Department by telephone on 020 7093 1828 or email returns@bbuyer.co.uk. How can I track the status of my order?When you place an order an email will be generated and sent out to you automatically with the content of your order and its reference number. To track the status of your order click the link in the email or visit the Track section on the website and enter your order reference number. What is the latest time I can place an order for next day delivery?For next day delivery orders can be placed up until 6pm. When will my order be delivered?Your order will arrive the next day as long as it has been placed before 6pm and the item(s) are in stock. From here you can change your address, telephone number, email and password. Why do I have to supply a landline telephone numberWe request that you include your landline telephone number when registering as a security measure. In the event that we encounter issues regarding payment details or delivery addresses, we will contact you on this number to verify the situation. PAYMENTHow do I pay for the goods?You can pay by Credit or Debit How do I obtain a copy invoice/receipt?To request a VAT invoice please email our Accounts Dept (accounts@bbuyer.co.uk) including your order reference number and we will send it to you by email. Do prices include VAT?Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. Your shopping basket will always show VAT but if you check out with valid Channel Islands postcodes for your billing and shipping address, the VAT charge will be removed. Our standard delivery to the Channel Islands is 2 working days. Fraudulent transactionIf your credit card statement shows an entry for bbuyer and you have no idea why this charge is there, then it is possible that an unauthorised person may have used your number to buy products from us. MY ORDERHow do I cancel an order?Orders can be cancelled at any point before they are processed. To cancel an order, log in to the Members area and click the 'View My Order History' link. If the order you wish to cancel has not been processed, click the 'View' link to view the details of the order. From this page, the order can be cancelled by clicking the 'Cancel Order' link. If an order is cancelled before processing, no money will have been taken from your account.
